Song of the day: Bittersweet Symphony by …well originally The Verve, but this version is performed by: Ace Enders And A Million Different People, Mark Hoppus (+44, Blink 182) , Matt Theissen (Relient K), Craig Owens (Chiodos, Cinematic Sunrise), Alex Gaskarth (All Time Low), Kenny Vasoli (The Starting Line, Person L), Bryce Avary (The Rocket Summer), Aaron Marsh (Copeland), and Duane Okun (Socratic). The first time I heard this song was when I saw the music video by the original artist, The Verve. I immidietly realized why so many people had commented on it saying what an amazing song it is, or how much it has helped them in life. Because it truely is one of the best songs I have ever heard. It displays such an incredible message, even in the music video; describing how even when things get in your way in life you have to make your way through them and stay strong as yourself. Then, hearing the song covered by all the people mentioned above, I was blown away yet again. This already incredible song was turned into something even more enjoyable with the help of all these incredible artists. Also, every penny made from selling this song on iTunes was donated to the Save The Music Foundation. So…..take a listen. You won’t regret it.
