Anthony Green Anthony Green, being only 26, has a very long and detailed resume already under his belt. Struggling with addiction and in and out of several bands before the time he was 20, some might say Green has the life experience of someone twice his age. Green’s first most prominant band was Saosin, to which he was the vocalist, but left the band after several months. Immediately after this is when he formed Circa Survive. Quickly gaining musical support and a fanbase, Circa Survive was signed to Equal Vision Records and within the next year released the EP “The Inuit Sessions”, and debut full length “Juturna”. Their second album “On Letting Go” was released in late 2007 and they are currently working on their third full length. Green is involved in a side project entitled The Sound Of Animals Fighting, with member of Chiodos, Finch, Rx Bandits and Days Away under the alias of the skunk. Green then pursued a solo career, and his album “Avalon” was released in August of ‘08. He reqruited his friends Good Old War to be his back up band for the recording process and also touring. One very unique and distinctive thing about Green is his high pitched-croon like signing voice. It helps give the Circa Survive material a more haunted sound and a personal, one-of-a-kind persona to his more stripped down solo work.
